Leslie Ventura is a small business owner. Originally from Guatemala, she came to the United States at a young age thriving to succeed and build a better future for not only herself but her family.

 

When Leslie first started out she was a single mom testing out varies job opportunities to be able to provide for her kids but no job seemed to keep her motivated and fulfilled. Soon she started working for a cleaning company in Sioux Falls, SD for several years. Leading a wide variety of cleaning crews and with that responsibility she learned leadership, customer relation management, a great work ethic but most importantly having a passion for what she was doing.

 

When she found her passion, this is where Leslie’s Cleaning came to be. Her business started with one individual house for months. Once word of mouth started spreading, she began gaining more business and loyal customers.

 

Leslie’s goal for her business is to grow to be able to provide job opportunities to single hardworking moms and to give them fair pay combined with good benefits to help them on their journey as a single mother.
